Chef'n Artichokester

The Chef'n Artichokester is great solution to one of culinary prep's trickiest (and tastiest) vegetables. It quickly saws through the tough outer leaves to reveal the tender heart of the artichoke. There is also an integrated scoop that quickly and cleanly removes the thistley silk (called the choke) from the center. Saves loads of time and effort, and yeilds clean artichoke hearts of consistent size and shape! Scoop and heart blade are made from stainless steel, and all parts are dishwasher safe.
