Zwilling J.A. Henckels Miyabi Kaizen Granton Santoku
The Miyabi Kaizen Granton Santoku is a hand-crafted Japanese design with modern German innovation. The Santuko blade is ground extra thin, but reinforced by a deep and full-length spine. The edge is also ground extra-sharp, to a very slight 9.5° angle per side for astonishing performance. It features a Granton blade, which has hollowed recesses that prevent foods from sticking while slicing and dicing. This will be your favorite vegetable knife, but it's also wonderful for slicing and portioning boneless cuts of meats and fish. The Zwilling J.A. Henckels Miyabi Kaizen series is backed by a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Make in Seki, Japan. Hand wash only.
