The Custom 14 features Cuisinart's original design with a low, squared-off motor housing and no-nonsense "on" and "off/pulse" paddle button controls. The base is wrapped in handsome brushed stainless steel and houses a powerful, proven and quiet 720-watt motor that will provide many years of dependable service. The 14-cup work bowl offers ample capacity for large batches of food without overflow, and the safety-locking lid features an extra-large feed tube that can fit ingredients as large as a whole potato so you can spend less time prepping foods for processing. Or you can use the small feed tube insert that will support carrots, celery and other narrow vegetables. The safety systems ensure safe use, without being too intrusive. Push tubes are included for each tube size and all parts that come in contact with foods are BPA-free, dishwasher safe and highly durable. Cutting attachments are all stainless steel and include a 4mm slicing disc, a stainless steel medium shredding disc, a stainless steel chopping/ mixing blade and a detachable disk stem.
