The Chef'n Zipstrip Herb Stripper allows you to quickly and easily strip and collect woody, stemmed herbs. Insert the stem into one of the different sized holes, root first, and pull. This will separate the herbs from the stem. The bowl that catches the loose herbs has clearly marked measurements on the side to aid in fresher, faster cooking. Top-rack dishwasher safe.
