The ProAccurate Insta-Read IRM190 Ovenproof Meat Thermometer from CDN is ideal for getting instant temperature readings of your roasts, meat and poultry. The Durable laboratory glass lens measures 1 3/4" diameter. The dial has a target range indication and temperature guide so there's no guesswork when determining the proper temperature of your foods. The instrument ranges from 130 to 190°F with accuracy within 2°. The ovenproof thermometer features stainless steel housing and has a 5" long stem. You can easily recalibrate the thermometer, and the included sheath can be used as a handle extension. A pocket clip is also included so you can keep it clipped to your chef's jacket or apron.
