The CDN Insta-Read Turkey Long Stem Thermometer is ideal for telling the temperature of your Thanksgiving turkey! It's 12" long and has a range that runs from 100° to 500° F. Its 1.75" dial is waterproof and features a durable laboratory glass lens, making it ideal for deep-frying poultry. The IRL500 has a stainless steel housing and an adjustable stainless steel clip and can be recalibrated if/when necessary. It even comes with a pocket clip and temperature and recalibration guides printed on the included storage sheath.
