Gnocchi Board

With the new wooden Gnocchi Board from Fox Run, you simply roll your dough into ropes, cut the ropes into 1 inch pieces and using your thumb, press each piece gently over the surface of the gnocchi board. Your Nonna would be proud; gnocchi from scratch has never been so easy! Shaping surface measures 5" x 2 1/2".
