Shun's Dual Core 7" Santoku is a perfect companion for those who want a general-purpose kitchen knife with uncompromising performance. The blade is a bit smaller than the standard chef's knife, but this Santoku is incredibly agile, light and easy to maneuver. A great choice for virtually all vegetable prep, light protien prep and general use, especially for those who are not comfortable using an 8-inch or larger blade. Traditional Japanese octagon-shaped bolsters and NSF-certified handles of ebony PakkaWood provide a comfortable and secure grip.
