This 18" Stainless Steel Fish Poacher is specifically designed to poach sides of salmon but works just as well for turbot, halibut, sole, trout or striped bass. The stainless steel pan is 18" x 7" (straddles 2 burners) with a fitted stainless lid and raised rack that allows fillets to be gently lowered and raised from the poaching liquid.
