The precision-stamped 12C27 Sandvik modified blades are stain resistant and easy to maintain despite having a higher carbon content that adds excellent bite and smooth, clean cutting performance. The blade extends to a full tang that runs through the entire handle, giving the knives durability and balance. Intempora handles are made from POM polymer, reinforced with fiberglass and polished to a pleasant, sheen-like finish. They are comfortable, highly durable and resistant to use, shocks and heat.
