But adding a generous dose of "softened" cinnamon powder transforms this coffee, with toasty baking spice aroma and flavor that is both comforting and stimulating. Our Viennese Cinnamon is one pound of whole coffee beans. Due to the unique nature of this flavored coffee, which uses a powdered cinnamon flavoring, we cannot grind this coffee for you. But it will grind normally in any home coffee grinder.
