Mr. Bar-B-Q's Large Grilling Topper is the way to grill cleaner, easier, and without loosing any foods to sticking or the fire. This big 16" x 12" non-stick grilling tray has large perforations that let the heat and smoke through, but are still small enough to support smaller food pieces and delicate foods like fish fillets. The Topper transfers heat very fast so you can still get sear marks, but the durable nonstick coating ensures that foods come off cleanly, which can be much tricker on the grates underneath. A raised edge with side handles helps ensure foods aren't pushed off, and you can safely remove the whole tray at once. For best results, hand-washing is recommended.
