This smart utensil is designed with 3 wide blades to quickly and easily break up clumps of ground beef, turkey, pork and bulk sausage into a uniform texture of your choice, all while turning foods for even cooking. It's made from high-temperature nylon and silicone that can take the heat of the pan, yet it's completely safe for use with any cookware, and will not scratch nonstick surfaces. The special red silicone blade is flexible enough to really get into corners and scrape the pan free of fond. The OXO Ground Meat Chopper & Turner is dishwasher safe and measures 9.5" long.
