All-Clad 16" x 13" Stainless Roaster Combo
The All Clad Stainless Roaster Combo is a roomier design that's equipped to roast the right way. Its 18/10 stainless steel surface can develop a rich fond and is ideal for deglazing with wine and other acidic ingredients to capture all the flavor. The pan measures 16" l x 13" w (ideal for up to a 25 lb. turkey but also good for smaller roasts).
The All Clad Stainless Roaster Combo features large stainless steel handles that are secured with stainless steel rivets so its always comfortable and easy to grip, while the roaster's flared edges pour cleanly. Includes an easy-to-clean nonstick rack that makes it so simple to lift roasts out of the pan for slicing.
The All Clad Stainless Roaster is oven, broiler and dishwasher safe. Rack is oven safe up to 500°. Manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
