Global 40th Anniversary 6" Kiritsuke Utility Knife
Four decades of timeless design, precision craftsmanship, and cutting-edge innovation culminate in the Global's 6" Kiritsuke Utility Knife, the flagship of the 40th Anniversary Collection.
This limited-edition piece celebrates GLOBAL’s legacy and it's available now, but only while supplies last. This slender, nimble utility is remarkably versatile, a midsized version of the traditional Japanese Kiritsuke, or "master chef's" knife. The blade is stamped from proprietary CHROMOVA 18 Stainless steel alloy and marked with Global's 40th Anniversary logo. It exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion, has excellent edge retention and it resharpens with ease. Each thin-ground CHROMOVA 18 blade is beveled on both sides, at a slight 17° angle per side to create a very sharp and fine edge. The blade transitions smoothly and seamlessly into the dimpled, stainless handle that is filled with sand to achieve a precise weight for the perfect balance. Ideal for most any kitchen prep. Made in Japan and backed by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
