Use the check availability at other stores under the add to cart button and shipping info to see if the item is available for Pickup at our Warehouse. In stock items that are NOT available for Pickup at our Warehouse will ship within 3-5 days.
Standard Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $59 or more delivered within the continental U.S.
A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $59 within the continental United States. While the shipping industry experiences extremely high volume, this rate helps us ensure that your order will arrive with minimal delays.
A flat rate of 35.99 applies to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Expedited Shipping Rates
The flat rate for Expedited Shipping for continental U.S. (***2-day) is $25.99.
The flat rate for Expedited Shipping for HI and AK (***2-day) is $35.99.

Most orders ship via UPS, so we need a physical address to ship to (UPS can't deliver to a PO Box). Some orders (mostly small and light orders) ship USPS Priority Mail, so make sure your shipping address can also receive mail from the US Postal Service. This shipment method is determined automatically at the time your order ships and is based on such factors as weight, value, and delivery location. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders must contain a domestic physical shipping address.
Kitchen Kapers is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after delivery has been made. If you feel your package was misdelivered you can contact our customer service team and we will coordinate with the package handling service to initiate a lost package investigation. If the package handling service is unable to locate the package or provides documentation that the package was delivered to the correct address it is at the sole discretion of Kitchen Kapers as to the resolution, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the lost package investigation.
